Personal growth often requires an exploration of our value system and step by step planning. A meaningful life can begin at any time and a simple willingness is all that is really needed to get started. We can work on your vision and what is necessary to create a life with intention and purpose.

I use everything from meditation to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help people get centered and stay that way. Once you are working from your higher self it\'s easier to make changes that you want. I love the idea of transformation and can help you become the you, you are meant to be.

You are allowed to live the life you dream about having, no matter how extreme or not. If you are fearful to create that life for yourself, stop. I here to tell you, if you work for it, you can achieve whatever you want for yourself. If that is married with 4 children to a CEO of a Fortune 100 company, I am here to help you get there. Stop letting people, including you, get in your way.

Personal growth is such a broad topic, but I have often noticed it includes skill-building, insight development, and exploration. Whether your are looking to delve deeper into one of these areas or go a different direction, make sure you work with someone you can trust and connect with. Please check out my profile to see if I might be that person.

In the end, all therapy focuses on personal growth. Very often our complaints stem from some fundamental unwillingness to grow. Childhood wounding leaves us hoping for a parental figure (or lover) to fill a void in our lives. The maturity that comes from looking at and facing our lives and the disappointments in our lives and taking responsibility for moving forward is a life-long process.

Personal growth is a lifetime process. Therapy will support you on your journey of growth, and I would be honored to join you.

My beloved Hospice patients taught me so much over the years about what is important in the end. People generally want to feel that they lived their life fully with satisfying relationships and meaning. Poet Mary Oliver once wrote, \'Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?\' I have committed to living fully in my own life and would love to support you to do the same.

The opportunity for personal growth never ends and can come to us because we feel we are stagnating, through an experience of loss, or through inspiration.

Regardless of where you are in life, having support as you navigate can be useful. I work with people who are stuck, in a transition, or just want to grow as a person. A personal growth approach can make even the most difficult times more meaningful.

I have worked with many individuals on ways to nourish their inner development and learn to listen to their callings in life. I believe that if we learn to hear who we really, really are, that so much in life become clear and simple in this complex web we live in today.

There are moments in our life when we are enthusiastic about personal growth and their times when growth is necessary but we are not necessarily enjoying the growth process. Within every one of us is a story of anguish, perseverance, and confidence that arises from heart-wrenching dilemmas. It's important that we face challenges that lead to growth and reflect on the changes that will lead to a more fulfilling life. Viktor Frankl said it best, “When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”

In a way, we could say that we are not \'nouns\' but rather \'verbs\'; we are an unfolding process motivated by an inner drive that seeks to maximize our human potential

It\'s said that \'if you aren\'t growing, you are dying\'. Making changes in our lives and seeking more for ourselves in meaningful ways is necessary yet sadly too rare. It seems society and mainstream culture want us to accept distraction and hollow connection in place of genuine experience. Strive for more and learn ways to define your value, meaning, and the path to more from your life.

As the writer and teacher Stephen Levine put it, “To heal is to touch with love that which was previously touched by fear.” A basic guiding principle in my work is that, when we are able to really see and accept where we are, and who we are, we begin to heal and grow. There is a trust I have found in this, that if we attend to what comes up in this place, it will lead us through.

For lasting impact, I have found the foundation of personal growth must be the fostering of a deep sense of worthiness exactly as one is. Although a commonly-held belief, self-judgment and self-criticism do not motivate us to do better; they keep us stuck in the very patterns we seek to avoid. Only when we learn to let go of unhelpful narratives about who we are can we realize our full potential.
