My Approach

I use a broad range of counseling modalities and techniques, and tailor my work to the unique needs of each client. Along with individual and couples counseling, I run groups based around particular themes such as living with anxiety, self-esteem, and women’s fertility issues, pregnancy loss and postpartum life.

My Background

I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Portland State University, and a Masters Degree in Education from Fordham University. I have over 10 years of experience working with diverse individuals and groups in both scholastic settings and in counseling centers.
