I work from a nonjudgmental, strengths based perspective. I love helping people tap their unique abilities and resources - often forgotten during difficult times.
Our work will be rooted in your goals - what you want to achieve. I will provide tools to help you manage difficult emotions and collaborate with you to generate new possibilities and implement change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I received my master's degree in Counseling Psychology in 2004 from Lewis and Clark College. I have been practicing as a therapist for 19 years. I spent 11 years of those years working as an Employee Assistance Counselor helping adults experiencing major life events. I have also worked in community agencies and for a state health department.
