My Ideal Client

I have experience working with people from all walks of life. I really enjoy working with individuals around issues of trauma, self-esteem, personal growth, life transitions, relational conflict, communication, sexual difficulties, and societal oppression/equity. I am LGBTQ affirming and trans-competent.

My Approach to Helping

I'm work primarily from the Internal Family Systems model, which engages both client and therapist's innate capacities for courage and compassion as tools for transformation. My work is also informed by several other approaches including EMDR , IPNB-informed boundary work, and others. We'll weave these into the combination that works best for you.
