I'll help you explore patterns of relating to others, without judgment, so you can decide which parts of your identity feel right and which no longer serve you. I have been practicing since 2009 and hold a license in Marriage and Family Therapy. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, major life transitions, trauma, and pregnancy, postpartum and parenting issues. I treat a variety of traumas including acute trauma, childhood or attachment trauma, sexual trauma, and medical trauma.
