My coaching involves present moment awareness, somatic energetics, authentic relating development and open, non-judgmental curiosity.
I majored in Leadership Development and studied Motivational and Behavioral Psychology during his time at University. I have been working with Authentic Relating (AR) practices since 2015. This is a holistic communication style that seeks to strengthen awareness of somatic, emotional and intellectual experiences in the present moment. Within the AR practices, I have been trained as a Circling facilitator and I regularly facilitate Circles, both multi gender and men's focused, for the past year and a half. I am also a multiple graduate of the Solsara personal growth and development practice and have assisted in its workshops as well. I have also worked in Core Energetics practices. All play a role in how he works with men and couples today.
