Here at A Healing Intention, LLC, therapy is about owning all aspects of who we are in an accepting and empowering fashion. Through the therapeutic process, individuals are encouraged to discover the joy of being authentic and self-accepting through a process of becoming self-aware.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
One of the most important relationships that we will have in our lives is actually with ourselves. Therapy allows individuals the ability to discover ways to realize who they are and then become congruent in who they are both on the outside as well as the inside.
