My Approach

We have the potential to grow through our relationships, but often find ourselves frustrated and suffering. My approach to therapy can help you discover how your unique experiences have influenced the way you relate to yourself, others, and your experience of life. Together we can discover your existing barriers to connection with your true self and the true selves of others. I help individuals and couples increase their compassion and open to what is possible, clearing the way to find new solutions to old problems.

My Background

I am a psychotherapist who works with individuals and couples on a wide variety of concerns. I am a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT), American Counseling Association (ACA), Oregon Counseling Association (OCA), and the Oregon Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (OAMFT). I have a Master's of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacific University and participate in ongoing training related to my areas of specialty.
