My Ideal Client

It is more important than ever to consider your mental health needs. I have over 10 years experience working in mental health as a therapist, leader, advocate, educator, and researcher. I would love the opportunity to partner with you on your mental health and well-being needs. I am passionate about finding ways to work with individuals, families, teens, and adults in order to have their lives be more fulfilling, productive, motivated, and healthy.

My Approach to Helping

My role as a therapist is to create a safe and judgment-free environment where you feel supported and understood. My approach includes techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Family Systems Theory, Developmental Theory, and Solution Focused therapy. Overall, our sessions allow for flexibility to fit your needs.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As well as having my master's degree in Clinical Psychology, I am also a certified suicide prevention and awareness instructor and feel passionately about speaking on this. My research and experience interests include: stress, burnout, developmental theory, mental health, positive psychology, family dynamics, and suicide prevention. Additionally I have my doctorate of education with research in stress and burnout.
