My Approach to Helping
I take a strengths-based and client centered approach in my work. I utilize language of narrative therapy to externalize issues and develop skills to overcome barriers. I use creativity to engage with people and establish a meaningful connection before moving forward with the therapeutic process.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with 7 years of experience in community mental health settings. I specialize in working with adolescents who are navigating the transition to adulthood as well as members of the LGBTQI community.
