My Approach to Helping

As a somatic sex therapist, I help you tap into what your body needs to relax, unfurl, and connect to pleasure. We will work with both body and mind to build awareness, skills, and confidence in navigating sexual communication, consent, and connection. What does this mean, you ask? Whether talking about sex comes easy to you or not, sexual satisfaction isn't just about lip service ;) its a full-body experience. My approach to therapy explores how movement, sensations, and breath are gateways to understanding your needs, desires, clear communication, and most importantly, consent.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My passion lies at the intersection of identity, pleasure and embodiment. Everything I love in this world has to do with one of those three things. My approach to therapy is no different. I'm on a mission to create more accessibility to pleasure in the LGBTQIA+ community. That means deeper erotic exploration, healing internalized shame, developing epic communication skills, claiming reverence for our bodies, and trailblazing new ways to structure relationships that truly meet your needs and leave heteronormativity to shrivel and rot on the vine. I'm interested in changing the world for us. I want you and I to have all the ecstasy and self-love society never taught us we could have. That's what I'm passionate about.

    I'm an Erotic Blueprint™ Coach and I use this framework with my sex therapy clients as well. I love how this methodology gives clients the language to explore their body's unique wiring for arousal and learn to clearly communicate their desires.

  • Couples Counseling External link

    I love working with couples and polycules to foster deeper empathy, stronger communication, and greater sexual satisfaction.

  • Dance / Movement Therapy External link

    I use Authentic Movement as a therapeutic modality for clients interested in working somatically with their subconscious, and couples interested in learning embodied communication skills. I earned my Masters Degree in Dance/Movement Therapy, and while not all of my clients want to move as a part of their sessions, for those who are more physically and experientially inclined - I've got you!

  • Somatic Therapy (Body Centered) External link

    My guess is that when it comes to sex and intimacy, you'd like to actually feel progress, not just talk about it. Right? My approach to therapy inherently includes your body as a gateway to knowing yourself and your needs on a deeper level. In our work together I will help you track your felt experience by way of your breath, sensation, and movement to create shifts on an embodied level.
