With over 10 years of experience I specialize in helping those with substance use, abuse histories, PTSD, interpersonal relationship challenges, co-occurring mental health conditions, depression, anxiety and those who feel stuck or are searching for meaning in their lives.

Existential therapy and techniques are designed to help you to find your true self and live a life in accordance with your values. I have been trained in various versions of CBT since 2009. CBT is designed to look at your thoughts, beliefs and perceptions. This type of therapy can be helpful to people who are seeking to change negative behavior patterns with substance use, conflict, family issues, anxiety, depression and low-self worth, shame, anger, resentment etc. CBT is evidenced based in treating a wide variety of issues.

I have been working with people will all levels of substance use related issues since, 2009. These symptoms often create barriers to happy and healthy living; including interpersonal conflicts, substance use and difficulty managing day to day. Through therapy and various interventions we can help you take your power back over PTSD symptoms by building trauma resiliency and get you on the road to to true healing!
Co-dependency and self-worth are often so inter-related we are unable to recognize co-dependency negative effects in our lives. In co-dependency therapy we can begin to see how loving too much, caring too much and self-sacrificing leaves us empty and creates all kinds of negative feelings and experiences. Through therapy we can unwind the web of co-dependency and get you to living your best life!
