With over 10 years of experience I specialize in helping those with substance use, abuse histories, PTSD, interpersonal relationship challenges, co-occurring mental health conditions, depression, anxiety and those who feel stuck or are searching for meaning in their lives.

My Approach to Helping

As a therapist who works with many kinds of people with diverse backgrounds, I understand how past traumatic experiences can manifest and intrude on our lives, these intrusions often come in forms of distress and negative emotional experiences. Through therapy you can begin to make the connections of your current thoughts, feelings and actions to your past traumatic experiences and begin the process of healing that will allow you to create the future you desire!
