My Ideal Client

Are you driven by anxiety, perfection, or fear of not being good enough? Perhaps you’re struggling with your relationships or career? I work with motivated, driven individuals, couples, professionals, and self-proclaimed perfectionists who desire to live a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My Approach to Helping

I enjoy helping people align their lives, relationships, and careers with their values for greater satisfaction and fulfillment. Perhaps one or a few issues are bringing you to therapy, but often times these issues touch many aspects of your life. It’s important to explore and identify the maintaining factors that are contributing to your concerns. From there I can provide new ways of approaching, thinking, and relating to experiences that keep you from living a full life. You will gain insights, skills, and practical tools for approaching difficulty that help you overcome challenges of today and in the future. I’m a neurodivergent evidence-based counselor dedicated to creating personalized therapy for my clients. This means you benefit from my intense curiosity and interest in continuous development of specialty areas for comprehensive, holistic support. I’ve worked in high education, primary integrative healthcare, and private practice.

Why I am a Good Fit for You

Your therapy experience truly matters to me and I enjoy tailoring treatment to your individual needs. I believe in evidence-based treatments through an integrative lens because I’ve seen it work countless times. We’re likely a good fit if you appreciate: - learning how what’s been keeping you stuck functions, and how to “undo” it - having some homework and activities to do between sessions - the uncensored “f” bomb here and there - direct, yet compassionate help - resources for additional learning and growing
