My Approach to Helping

You matter and I believe you can overcome worry to reclaim your calm. My approach is to be geniune, center your time on you and collaborate together to get you back to enjoying your life. I bring humor and playfulness to our time and welcome all of you to show up, exactly as you are.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I hold a Master in Social Work degree from Portland State University and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Oregon (LCSW) and Washington (LICSW). I have extensive training in trauma focused modalities and my favorite are attachment based techniques focused on relationships as well as narrative therapy because you are not the problem. I am in process of becoming EMDR trained as well. I have worked with teens, young adults, caregivers and parents, new moms and children in a variety of settings. I truly enjoy being a therapist and feel passionate about mental health, social justice and equity.
