My Ideal Client

I've worked with many clients experience anxiety, depression, and issues around queerness and the role it plays in their lives and how it affects our relationships. I have experience working with folks with religious trauma and with grief and loss as well as older folks who struggle with finding a counselor that can validate their experience in aging. As a Latino man I understand how difficult it can be for Hispanics to enter the counseling space and seek connection.

Why I Became a Therapist

I was burned out from music and religious trauma and decided to go back to school to do something that I believed in. Providing counseling for folks in the LGBTQ and Latinx communities has been my guiding star throughout my schooling and first year of counseling as an intern. I also enjoy connecting with clients no only on their experiences but also on the hobbies, art, and relationships they are passionate about.
