When we can sense what is happening in the body in the moment it can foster a sense of self-agency (the ability to influence our thoughts, feelings and actions). This can support a greater sense of well-being and set the foundation for positive embodiment.

What is wrong with me?” As you discuss and learn from each other, you'll develop new language around desire and arousal, and what to do with them.
