8-Week Mindfulness Group
Anxiety, Depression, PTSD
Who: Adults who experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, chronic pain, or trauma. When: Tuesdays, from October 28th to December 16th, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Where: This is a completely virtual group conducted via Google Meet. Cost: Sessions are covered by OHP (Trillium, CareOregon/Health Share). For those out of network, the cost is $81 per session, with some sliding scale spots available.

Sexual Abuse
Sexual Trauma Recovery Group (for female identifying folks) with a start date of 10/20/25 from 4:00-5:30 held virtually. This is a 12 week therapist-led group that encourages healing through shared experiences while learning new skills to make sense of the experience(s) that support long term healing.
