For my body image folks, they long to feel at peace with themselves so they may do the things in life that fulfill them without the constant nagging feeling of their human shell. For my ADHD folks, well they just wish they could remember the things they care about, complete the tasks they started, and stop feeling like they're constantly letting people down. And, well, nearly all my clients want to feel sexually confident :)
I have extensive training in body image and eating disorders, with primary experience in disorders of over control - namely anorexia and body dysmorphia.
Body confidence goes hand in hand with sexual confidence. I lean in an Esther Perel direction (Google her, she's amazing) and have enjoyed her trainings. I've found that many of my clients benefit from having both body image and sexual empowerment folded into their treatment.
I personally struggle with ADHD, was diagnosed my first year of college and have gone most of my life unmedicated. I have learned and been educated in organizational systems (both mentally and hands-on) that lead to a successful and happy life. Do yourself a favor and get a "time timer."
