Trusting the process and embracing our power in any situation can help us grow. This is courage and it walks with us at all times. Sometimes its a little harder to see. I help you find that courage.

Within every one of us is a story of anguish, perseverance, and confidence that arises from heart-wrenching dilemmas. It's important that we face challenges that lead to growth and reflect on the changes that will lead to a more fulfilling life. Viktor Frankl said it best, “When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”

I believe that with healing and processing challenges comes personal growth. My practice is about being able to grow and find your true you. This comes when one is able to see a light at the end of the tunnel and when one can see all the progress they have made at healing and overcoming issues that have stalled them.

Many of us have things we would like to see improve in our lives, like moving beyond survival or recovery to finding our personal best. Each of us have a different starting point and seeing growth in our lives is a very individual process. We may use a wide range of techniques to help you live and age well focusing on achieving a state of fulfillment.

Do you desire a deeper sense of pleasure in your life? It can feel risky, even scary, to acknowledge that you want to experience more joy, connection, and awareness. During therapy, you have the opportunity to learn more about who you are, your relationship to yourself and others, and to create healthy changes. You are incredibly brave for choosing to pursue a more spectacular life.

I work with many aspects of personal growth, including: addressing fears that hold you back, transforming limiting beliefs, gaining control over unwanted feelings, and creating more empowering habits and thought patterns.

Sometimes, we just feel stuck. What if we \'checked all the boxes\' and still don\'t feel happy or fulfilled? What if we didn\'t. There are various life events - birthdays, marriages, birth of a child, layoffs, death of a parent, divorce - that can make us pause and reflect, \'What now?\' Therapy can help us discover our answers.

As a Personal Growth Specialist, I view the human condition as a giant opportunity to keep expanding awareness and exercising creativity to meet challenges. Journaling, collaging, dreamwork, I Ching, as well as targeted tools like CBT exercises can be utilized to open minds and break up outworn thought patterns. A personal growth approach can make even the most difficult times more meaningful.

For lasting impact, I have found the foundation of personal growth must be the fostering of a deep sense of worthiness exactly as one is. Although a commonly-held belief, self-judgment and self-criticism do not motivate us to do better; they keep us stuck in the very patterns we seek to avoid. Only when we learn to let go of unhelpful narratives about who we are can we realize our full potential.

Yes to personal growth! This is one of the pillars of a healthy mind: the ability to face difficulty, reflect, accept feelings, learn, mentally reset, and evolve with a renewed sense of resilience. Everyone has the opportunity to grow. Choose growth.

It is my pleasure to work with individuals on personal growth through self-awareness, acceptance and a commitment to their unique gifts and personality. We are perpetually healing, growing and learning, but sometimes the process gets stuck. How many times have you said to yourself, 'There's got to be more to life than this?' I look forward to sharing what I know and asking you the important questions that will stimulate change and growth.

Our own beliefs about ourselves, and our place in the world often hinder us from making positive changes. Fear of success, fear of failure, fear in general can keep us stuck in unhealthy patterns which we often can't distinguish from healthy ones. Sometimes we just get the feeling, 'Something is wrong with how I am living.' Growth and change start by simply giving it a voice.

In my view, most personal growth involves improving self-acceptance. When you allow yourself to be who you are, your inner critic has no leverage. You stop fighting with yourself, which gives you more energy to focus on what fulfills you.

Stagnation can occur in any sphere of life: social, marital, spiritual, career, or otherwise. Counseling can help rejuvenate these areas and bring greater satisfaction and fulfillment.

As the writer and teacher Stephen Levine put it, “To heal is to touch with love that which was previously touched by fear.” A basic guiding principle in my work is that, when we are able to really see and accept where we are, and who we are, we begin to heal and grow. There is a trust I have found in this, that if we attend to what comes up in this place, it will lead us through.

My beloved Hospice patients taught me so much over the years about what is important in the end. People generally want to feel that they lived their life fully with satisfying relationships and meaning. I believe that all people know what they need, and with the right support and guidance, will make changes that are the most meaningful to themselves. Everyone has growth potential!

I believe everyone has an inner drive to become a better version of themselves, but maladaptive patterns prevent us from growing. I am trained in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help address negative thinking, maladaptive behaviors, and open the path to healing. \'Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom\'-Aristotle
