My clients are interested in exploring their early experiences with intimacy and love to foster more presence, awareness, and honesty in their relationships today. Whether you are wanting to work on your relationship with yourself or wanting to open your relationship, I offer you space to get real. My clients are willing to engage in mindfulness in session and occasionally practice activities outside of session to support them towards achieving their therapeutic goals.
Our intimate relationships directly impact our wellbeing. In my work with partnerships, I emphasize mutuality, equity, and care. I want to ensure all partners are being heard - that you're really talking, and really listening. Whether you are seeking deeper intimacy or wanting to end the relationship, I can support you towards meeting your relational desires.
Maybe you are cognitively on board with consensual nonmonogamy, but in practice are experiencing fear, anxiety, and even physical pain. I celebrate radical relationship structures, and understand how complex these ways of loving can be to our attachment systems. I can help you create your own unique roadmap to navigate multi-partner relationships.
I enjoy guiding clients towards more secure attachment with themselves. I believe you are inherently lovable, worthy, and enough. Let's explore the lived experiences that have left you feeling otherwise. I can support you towards more self-trust, self-compassion, and felt security that fundamentally change your relationship with yourself and others.
