My Ideal Client

I work with sensitive professionals, predominantly BIPOC folks, who are feeling lonely and misunderstood at work, with family and friends, or even with their partners. If you’re drawn to working with me, you’re likely someone who’s in touch with your emotions, a high achiever (looking at you, my fellow “pleasure to have in class” people!), and ready to commit to self-exploration.

What I Specialize In

My clients are sensitive professionals who often describe the following to me: 1) Even though they're making a great salary, they notice their anxiety increasing. They see their bosses or co-workers treat every minuscule task like it's a fire to be put out, and they dread starting their work day, 2) They swore they wouldn't become workaholics, because that was never aligned with their values, but here they are...and it's been months since they've hung out with friends, been on a date, or had a relaxing day to themselves, OR 3) They feel disconnected from their family, not just because they haven't seen them in a while, but because they have a gut feeling something intense or traumatic happened to their parents, grandparents, or somewhere else in their lineage *Are you ready for a change? Starting in February 2026, I am opening up IFS intensives. Visit my website for more information about my practice and to schedule your free 30-minute video meet-and-greet!*

Why I Became a Therapist

My training in IFS, somatic embodiment strategies, and other approaches, means I have the expertise you need and deserve when processing work stress, generational wounds, and healing your relationships. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who gets what it means to be an ambitious, sensitive-hearted person struggling with "doing it all", right? I get it because I’ve lived it myself. I know that sometimes you wonder, “Who am I outside of this job?” I know you grapple with trying to have hobbies again. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) External link

IFS therapy helps you understand the different parts of yourself that developed to protect and cope with life's challenges. My role is to help you get to know these parts so that you can heal inner conflicts, gain clarity on some of the big questions you're asking yourself, and hone your awareness of your body's responses.

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • Political Climate External link

You're a high-achieving leader who values staying connected to what's happening in the world. You understand that your position at work comes with responsibility. But lately, that responsibility feels like it's suffocating you. What if you could honor both your values AND log off and enjoy the rest of your day? Join my somatic+parts work therapy group designed specifically for introspective, self-aware BIPOC professionals feeling overwhelmed by current events and the constant stream of news.

  • Personal Growth External link

Because you’re a sensitive soul who’s had to suppress certain emotions, we take our time building trust and rapport so we can get to the heavy stuff. I often hear, “Reaching out to you and seeking therapy were big steps for me.” I help clients not only identify what triggers their work stress, but also notice their body’s responses. I guide you through the process of getting in touch with your inner world and listening to what it has to tell you.

  • Men's Issues External link

I work with numerous men who care deeply about the world around them, their loved ones, and their community. They tend to work in fields where their sensitivity and empathy aren't valued. They often end every work day wondering, "Ugh, what am I actually doing this job for, aside from the paycheck?" When we work together, you build greater awareness and gain skills to move from dissatisfaction, disconnection, or frustration to compassion, knowledge, and connection.

  • Historical Trauma External link

You’ve had a sinking feeling for a long time that something happened somewhere in your lineage - whether it was your parents, your grandparents, or beyond - that has become a repetitive pattern. Maybe you’re typically a flexible or adaptable person, but you notice you feel sudden fear when you have to go somewhere that, for most other people, would be an “everyday” place to go. Maybe you’re typically a patient person who notices that you suddenly turn impatient and irritated with certain tasks.
