I have always felt empathetic and sensitive and I experience a draw to knowing and connecting with people. Growing up, I did not have many pretenses and was pretty open and vulnerable. My natural affinity for people, paired with my early childhood experiences drew me to a path of helping people.

My approach is warm, attentive, curious, and sincere. I am invested in building a bridge quickly so as to foster connection and support the process. It is my intention to be real, vulnerable, and relatable. I am much more interested in connection than formality. I want people to feel comfortable and safe to explore anything and everything knowing that we are all human and doing the best we can.

I started in the field back in 1998 when I began my degree in psychology. From there, I got a Master's in Counseling Psychology and became a school counselor. I then became a Certified Relationship Coach and Certified Synergistic Play Therapist. I have served children, teens, and adults working through many different issues in my capacity as a therapist, school counselor, and relationship coach.

    I am a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist and I have taken a diverse array of play therapy courses over the years. I also received supervision from a Registered Play Therapy Supervisor. Lastly, I have years of experience working with youth of all ages.

    I have am a Certified Relationship Coach. It is my aim to assist clients in reaching their goals in any relationship in which they feel they need guidance and support. My training was based off of the principles of interpersonal intelligence.

    I recently completed a certification in Synergetic Play Therapy where I learned how to educate and support individuals in healthy parenting. I have also been a school counselor and therapist since 2002 and have had the privilege of working with numerous families, collaborating to ensure their school success and overall well-being.

    I have many years of experience helping families through the process of mediation in order to find more ease in their family culture. My graduate degree and certifications, paired with real-life scenarios, have expanded my ability in this area.

    I have been working with children and teens directly in many different capacities since 1998. I felt a calling to do so from a very early age. I have a BS, MSCP, and two certifications in people-centered, helping fields that have taught me much about how to connect with children and adolescents.

    I am a Certified Relationship Coach through The Relationship School. I spent a year learning how to help individuals have healthy relationship with the people in their lives. I received top-notch education and hours of practice honing many skills from a model of inter-personal intelligence.
