My Ideal Client

You might be seeking steadiness, meaningful change, or simply a space to feel fully human. You may be navigating trauma, life transitions, or relationship shifts—alone, with partners, or as a family. You want to feel more grounded, authentic, and connected to yourself and others. Whatever brings you here, I offer a space where you can slow down, be seen, and move toward what matters most to you.

My Approach to Helping

I believe healing happens in community, and I understand the therapeutic space to be a community of its own—one where we imagine and develop new ways of moving through the world with greater authenticity, embodiment, and self-compassion. You are the expert on your experience. Together, I hope we can create a space for you to explore life’s challenges and cultivate tools to help you live more fully—whatever that looks like for you. My role is to remind you of your innate capacity for living a life that aligns with your hope and joy and to help you navigate life’s complexities with curiosity and care. My commitment is my authenticity, accountability, and embodied presence—meeting you where you are and heading with you toward where you want to be.

My Values as a Therapist

I offer therapy grounded in experiential, narrative, somatic, and systemic approaches. I affirm LGBTQIA+ identities, non-monogamy, and kink. I'm passionate about supporting blended families, survivors of trauma, and those navigating loss, abortion, or major transitions—with warmth, curiosity, and cultural humility.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • Family Therapy External link

I’m a graduate trainee in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy at Lewis & Clark College, where I’ve developed a collaborative approach grounded in experiential and narrative practices. With a background in Women’s Studies and experience supporting families and individuals in nonprofit settings, I bring curiosity, warmth, and a deep respect for each client's unique story and healing capacity.

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • Personal Growth External link

My work centers on supporting clients as they move toward deeper self-understanding, alignment, and growth. I help individuals, partners, and families identify patterns that no longer serve them, explore their values, and build the emotional tools needed to live with greater authenticity and intention. I see personal growth as a lifelong process—and therapy as a space where meaningful transformation can unfold through curiosity, connection, and care.
