My Ideal Client

You might be seeking steadiness, meaningful change, or simply a space to feel fully human. You may be navigating trauma, life transitions, or relationship shifts—alone, with partners, or as a family. You want to feel more grounded, authentic, & connected to yourself and others. Whatever brings you here, I offer a space where you can slow down, be seen, & move toward what matters most to you. I affirm LGBTQIA+ identities, non-monogamy, and kink. I'm passionate about supporting blended families.

My Approach to Helping

I believe healing happens in community, and I understand the therapeutic space to be a community of its own—one where we imagine and develop new ways of moving through the world with greater authenticity, embodiment, and self-compassion. You are the expert on your experience. Together, I hope we can create a space for you to explore life’s challenges and cultivate tools to help you live more fully—whatever that looks like for you. My role is to remind you of your innate capacity for living a life that aligns with your hope and joy and to help you navigate life’s complexities with curiosity and care. My commitment is my authenticity, accountability, and embodied presence—meeting you where you are and heading with you toward where you want to be. I offer therapy grounded in experiential, narrative, somatic, and systemic approaches.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

When not in therapy, I’m most likely painting something in my home—walls, furniture, or really anything—nothing is off-limits! I also love exploring the lush greenery and healing water of the Pacific Northwest (as a Midwest transplant) and beginning new hobbies. (Right now, it’s film photography, but on deck is learning how to make my own clothes!) More specifically, I love laughing with friends while swimming in rivers, playing games with my nieces and nephews over FaceTime, and reading fantasy novels on a sunny picnic blanket.
