My Ideal Client

Seeking therapy is a courageous feat. You've made it to this page and that is half of the battle. You may be feeling tired, confused, frustrated, sad, angry, and don't know where to turn. You have arrived at the right place! I have worked with individuals and families from all walks of life. I tend to connect well with individuals who are open to unique therapy modalities: yoga, art, journaling, meditation, and deep breathing exercises.

My Background and Approach

I am an observer at heart and have been told that I create space for others in a warm, safe way that allows them to show up as their true selves. I practice from a holistic and integrative perspective, blending neuroscience, somatic/body-based methods and cognitive-behavioral therapy. My role is facilitator, guiding in changing patterns, improving relationships and living authentically. My specialty is working with persons who have experienced stressful and significant events in their life that get in the way of relationships and daily life. Additionally, I am a Christian. My Christianity has shaped my view of life, the world, and people. You can trust that I absolutely respect your personal beliefs and lifestyle, whether they are similar to mine, or completely different.
