Executive Function/ ADHD Skills Training Group
ADHD, Personal Growth, Self-Esteem
This executive functioning group helps clients identify one meaningful executive functioning goal at the start of the group and provides ongoing support as they work toward completing it. The group is structured as a blend of skills training and process work. Each week, a new executive functioning skill (ex: time management) is introduced to support clients in moving closer to their goal.
