My Ideal Client

I have supported clients through grief and loss, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting challenges, learning disabilities, abuse/neglect, foster and adoptive placement, parental substance abuse, divorce and racial trauma, and have years of experience working with LGBTQiA+, immigrants, and refugees. I acknowledge the deep and wide-ranging impact of our climate crisis and am registered as a Climate-Aware Therapist.

My Approach to Helping

I see kids, teens and adults, and lead two groups for women: Women's Art Therapy, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga. I have 30 years of experience working in schools, day treatment centers and community mental health clinics. I am a dedicated student in the neurobiology of stress and trauma, and enjoy supporting adoptive kids and parents. I integrate art therapy, EMDR, Lifespan Integration, mindfulness, attachment theory, and DBT into my work with clients.
