My Ideal Client

People who feel mad/sad with the world and struggle with what to do about it. Want to build capacity for challenging relationships. Are not where you want to be in your life. Feel the pain of the world, and long to not be alone in it. Want to be kind. Willing to feel deeply and take risks to be in your truth. Believe in building bridges in connection across complexity of cultures, religion, systems, race, social economics and beyond.

I bring a powerful empathetic presence with focused support for your personal journey. I help you weave a way back to connection through movement exercises, sound, and expansive wisdom. Whether it's heart break, anger, terror, insecurity, anxiety and so much more, sessions will help you show up in your life with more agility and ease. Meeting everyday challenges with more capacity and space rather than reaction. I am always continuing on my path of learning and unlearning. Unwinding the oppressions passed to me and my ancestors and the people around me and of the land: Indigenous people. I bring forth this work for the liberation of the people and the whole world.
