Online Art Therapy Group

This one hour online art therapy group offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to gently explore life stressors through creative expression. No art experience is needed. Participants are invited to simply show up, slow down, and use art as a tool for self-reflection, regulation, and connection. The focus is on process, not product, with safety and choice at the center. Group begins January 30, 2026.

This group is for women and nonbinary adults, and is especially designed for those wanting support around managing stress, anxiety and depression, strengthening relationships and increasing coping skills.
