You don’t have to navigate healing alone. I offer a grounded, supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move through what’s been holding you back. Using an integrative, somatic approach—including EMDR, SSP (Safe and Sound Protocol), RRP (Rest and Restore Protocol), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care—I help women work through anxiety, past trauma, life transitions, and burnout. Therapy with me is about real, lasting change rooted in self-awareness, body connection, and nervous system healing. You’re the expert of your experience; my role is to walk alongside you, offering tools, perspective, and presence as you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and ease.
