My Ideal Client

You're the one everyone counts on, yet inside you're exhausted. Maybe you've spent years managing anxiety, burnout, trauma, or the effects of emotionally immature family relationships while wondering why it still feels so hard. My clients are often high-achieving, deeply caring adults ready to move beyond survival mode, reconnect with themselves, and experience lasting healing, not just symptom relief.

How I Can Help You

Healing doesn't always happen one hour at a time. I specialize in EMDR Intensives, Ketamine-Assisted EMDR (KA-EMDR), ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), and advanced somatic trauma therapy for adults seeking deeper, lasting change. These specialized approaches are ideal for those who feel stuck, have already tried traditional therapy, or want to accelerate healing in a focused, intentional way. Drawing from EMDR, Somatic Experiencing®, Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation, I tailor treatment to your unique goals. Whether we're working through trauma, burnout, anxiety, emotionally immature family dynamics, or major life transitions, my goal is to help your nervous system move beyond survival so you can reconnect with yourself and live with greater clarity, resilience, and ease. At Hidden Trails Therapy, we offer specialty trauma care offering advanced, nervous system-informed support.

My Values as a Therapist

I believe healing begins in a relationship where you feel genuinely seen, safe, and understood. My work is grounded in the belief that many of the patterns we struggle with today were once adaptive ways of surviving. Rather than asking, "What's wrong", we'll grow more interested in, "What happened, and how has your nervous system learned to protect you?" I value curiosity over judgment, collaboration over hierarchy, and creating a space where every part of you is welcome. My approach is trauma-informed, identity-affirming, and rooted in respect for your lived experience, culture, and values. Whether we're meeting for weekly therapy, an EMDR Intensive, or ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, my hope is that you leave feeling more connected to yourself, not because you've been "fixed," but because you've rediscovered strengths that have been there all along.
