My Background and Approach

My background includes work as a Domestic Violence Advocate, Vision Therapist, Case Manager, and Investigator with Adult Protective Services. Across these roles, I’ve supported individuals and families navigating trauma, disability, and systemic barriers. These experiences have strengthened my belief in the importance of accessible, affirming care. In my current practice, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and a humanistic, client-centered approach to help clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
