I am a licensed psychologist providing therapy through a whole health lens, supporting individuals and couples in navigating life transitions, mental health challenges, and chronic health conditions. With over a decade of experience in both clinical practice and leadership roles in whole health, my approach integrates evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), with whole health practices, such as nutritional psychology, biofeedback, and mindfulness.
