I am trained in a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Attachment Trauma-Focused Therapy, Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Compassionate Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. What truly sets my practice apart is my specialization in attachment and relationship-focused therapy, particularly using the PACE model (playfulness, acceptance, curiosity, empathy), along with the integration of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I find joy and inspiration in my family—my wonderful 24-year-old daughter, one of my favorite people, and my energetic 14-year-old son, who keeps me active and young at heart. My love for the arts and nature fuels my creativity, while a strong will and a touch of stubbornness drive my passion for lifelong learning. I am deeply caring and committed to personal growth, always striving to bring warmth, empathy, and positivity into both my life and my work.
