My Ideal Client

I have over ten years of experience working in direct care, including crisis support, and many years of living experiences of personal mental health. I have supported loved ones at the end of their lives. My passion is to walk alongside individuals to keep them finding their strengths. I am compassionate and will meet you where you are at. Together we can explore ways during your routine to provide you with some self-investing and community care to cope with life.

My Approach to Helping

I can provide a safe space for you to share your story and how that has made you who you are. I offer support for adults, adolescents, and couples looking for a place to work through what they are experiencing. While you process the things that are coming up, I will walk alongside you.
