My Ideal Client

I address a variety of issues with individuals including eating disorders, relationship and family conflict, anxiety, depression, emotional distress, and the struggle to find purpose and meaning in life. Using Gottman Method couples therapy, I help couples build a foundational friendship, manage conflict, heal from relationship trauma, and develop mutual goals and dreams for their future together.

My Approach to Helping

I believe in highlighting the uniqueness of the individual, while understanding that we all function as part of a multitude of larger systems. The relationships we create with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us, can both transform and challenge us. In my work, I utilize treatment modalities including CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness-based practices, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy and The Gottman Method for couples. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and families in residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient eating disorder treatment facilities.
