My Ideal Client

Weekend/evening hours available. I'm a trauma-trained counselor, welcoming adults (14+), couples and families from all walks of life who are facing concerns like: Depression, mood disorders, grief & phobias; Relationship challenges; Life transitions (career, divorce, empty nest, retirement); Coping habits like drugs, over- and under-eating, excessive exercise & serial relationships; Anxiety & ADHD; and Psychedelic integration (making meaning and integrating insights into daily life).

My Approach to Helping

Together we will pair somatic healing alongside talk therapy. I practice a flexible cross-therapy framework so that together we can lean into the approaches that best fit your needs, such as narrative, psychodynamic, sensorimotor, Internal Family Systems (parts work), Gottman Method (couples), or others, and I may suggests books or passages to deepen emotional understanding. I bring particular expertise to: workplace and leadership, divorce, family addiction, court, menopause and diverse body sizes and shapes. I hold a bachelor's degree from Harvard University and have completed my coursework for my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling.
