My Ideal Client

I strive to support clients in identifying and living into their values, understanding and regulating their nervous system, building self-compassion, deepening their mind-body connections, and cultivating relationships with themselves and others in their lives. I offer virtual/online sessions only. I take OHP/Health share/CareOregon, PacificSource, and my out of pocket rate is $175 a session. Sliding scale fees are available so please email to discuss your needs.

My Approach to Helping

My approach to therapy is relationship based, client centered, trauma informed, and at times playful. I utilize several different therapeutic modalities including EMDR, IFS, Mindfulness and somatic practices, Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative therapy, and Anti-oppressive frameworks. My therapeutic work is informed by past experience working in community mental health organizations, addiction treatment, and college counseling. Each of which has guided my understanding of the diverse and complex struggles we face as humans.
