My Approach to Helping

As an insight-oriented therapist, my goal is to help you better understand yourself and what matters to you, uncover your true potential, and lead a life worth celebrating. Together we can work to make sense of, and resolve, challenges you are facing in your life. I provide adult psychotherapy services, with regularly scheduled weekly appointments, and the option to meet twice per week. Although therapy can produce immediate benefits, it is not a quick fix and requires a commitment to meeting consistently. The length of treatment will vary. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I am deeply invested in offering a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my patient's individual needs to assist them in attaining the personal growth they're striving for.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of clinical experience as a therapist and clinician. I enjoy working with a variety of individuals from diverse backgrounds, which include but are not limited to: age, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religious or spiritual identifications, socioeconomic status, country of origin, educational level, and ability. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help patients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each patient. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
