What I Specialize In

My work as a child therapist is grounded in person-centered therapy and interpersonal neurobiology, with a particular focus on the use of child-centered play therapy, expressive arts, and incorporating nature in the therapeutic process. I've engaged in extensive trainings in nature-based child centered play therapy as well as in child therapy, and have a fully furnished, inviting, and child-centered therapy playroom and outdoor space for nature-based work. I specialize in working with very young children, specifically ages 3-7 years old.
