My approach to counseling is client-centered, unbiased, and diverse. I implement techniques from Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and others.
I have several years of experience in the mental health field. I am a Certified Social Work Associate and currently pursuing my license to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have a versatile experience of provided services in residential settings, correctional settings, and outpatient settings.
