My Ideal Client

In this space, I work best with adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, or life transitions. I support those healing from childhood abuse, loss, or relational wounds, and individuals who feel overwhelmed, isolated, or misunderstood. I especially welcome neurodivergent clients and those seeking a deeper understanding of themselves. My Approach to Helping

I work with people navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, and major life changes. You might be feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure how to move forward, especially if you're healing from something like childhood abuse, a traumatic loss, or the impact of neurodivergence. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where we can explore your experiences together. My approach draws on EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Attachment Theory to help you process what you’ve been through and build meaningful coping tools. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone. I'm here to walk with you through it.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I'm a trauma-informed therapist who believes that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships. My work is rooted in social justice, and I welcome clients of all identities, including LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals. I believe in showing up with compassion, authenticity, and curiosity. I’m trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Attachment Theory, and I'm passionate about helping people make sense of painful experiences and reconnect with their inner strength. Outside of therapy, I care deeply about mental health access in rural and coastal communities and believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported.
