Perhaps you want assistance with connecting to your emotions, increasing your confidence, asserting your needs, exploring your identity, or just generally bettering yourself. Perhaps you want to see some changes in your relationships with family members, friends, or partner(s). I am here to help you achieve fulfilling, healthy connections with yourself and others. We will work on developing tools and techniques to achieve balance and connection in your life.
I have the lived experience of interacting with Predominately White Institutions (PWI), personally and professionally, throughout my life. I am acutely aware of the cumulative impacts of cultural and systemic oppression. I invite conversations about how race, power, privilege, and difference impact your daily experiences.
I am a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator and a Gottman Level 1 Trained Therapist. Our work will include a formal assessment to determine strengths and growth areas in your relationship, explore your goals for therapy, and practical skills to improve communication.
