My Ideal Client

The stress of our modern world, past trauma, or difficult relationships may have you feeling lost and fragmented. I help my clients turn their awareness inward, uncovering the depths and gifts inside on their path to healing. If you're reading this right now, congratulations on taking the first step towards a healthier, better, more authentic version of yourself! I love working with clients who are ready for change and motivated to explore their inner terrain.

My Approach to Helping

My role as a therapist is to facilitate a space in which you feel safe, comfortable, and understood, so we can remove blocks to you living the life you want to live. I intend to remain curious, compassionate, open-minded, and transparent every step of the way. I primarily use Internal Family Systems and EMDR therapy to heal trauma, depression, and anxiety. I use Non Violent Communication, and the Enneagram as tools to help you build healthy relationships with others. It’s an honor to go on these inner explorations with you.
