The stress of our modern world, past trauma, or difficult relationships may have you feeling lost and fragmented. I help my clients turn their awareness inward, uncovering the depths and gifts inside on their path to healing. My Approach to Helping

My role as a therapist is to facilitate a space in which you feel safe, comfortable, and understood, so we can remove blocks to you living the life you want to live. I intend to remain curious, compassionate, open-minded, and transparent every step of the way. I primarily use Internal Family Systems and EMDR therapy to heal trauma, depression, and anxiety. I use Non Violent Communication, and the Enneagram as tools to help you build healthy relationships with others. It’s an honor to go on these inner explorations with you.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) External link

    I am a certified IFS therapist who has taken up to Level 2 of IFS training. This means that I have completed over 180 hours of advanced training in the IFS model and demonstrated competency to the IFS institute. I also am involved in helping train other clinicians, and serve as a program assistant for Level 1 trainings through the IFS institute.

    I completed HAP's EMDR training which included 10 hours of consultation with a certified EMDR consultant.
