How I Can Help You

A lot can happen in our work. Together we will review your current challenges, try to give them names, and talk about what the best option to move forward might be for you. My job here is to walk with you while we both figure this out. I often support my clients in deciding whether medications should be started, paused, or stopped entirely. I have a rich experience treating a wide variety of mental health issues with special expertise in the comingling between addiction and trauma, and geriatric psychiatry, to name a few. In 2021, I opened my private practice in order to expand my reach in offering deep, therapeutic engagement via telehealth. Since opening my practice, I have found joy in advancing my specialties further. In particular I am passionate about exploring neurodivergence including AuDHD, as well as identifying and treating OCD.

I believe one of the bravest things a person can do is open themselves to the possibility of change. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where there is no rush to find the end. I believe the journey is where we find growth. I am happy to explore that potential with you- with medications or in the therapy room.
