My Ideal Client

People seek therapy for many reasons but they usually want to feel heard and understood. I work with children, teens, adults, and whole families. Together we can process stressful or traumatic events, build self-esteem, manage anxiety, and strengthen your relationship to yourself and with others. In family therapy we can find solutions that meet everyone’s needs and restore a healthy home environment.

My Approach to Helping

Therapy can be a place where you can explore barriers getting in the way of reaching your full potential, learn how to manage strong feelings, and shift unhealthy patterns. Humans are ever-evolving as we navigate this world and its challenges. At Twilight Reflections people feel heard and learn how to better understand each other. We don’t want to just float through life, so let’s start thriving!

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I’ve spent much of my career working with families and helping parents understand what their children and teens are communicating through their actions or behaviors. I believe in the essential human need for connection, using collaborative approaches to solve problems, and that we are forever evolving throughout our lives. Therapists also need to take care of themselves and being outside in nature helps me refresh and recharge. In my free time, you might find me backpacking or camping with friends and family. To engage my creative side, I experiment with new vegetarian recipes, sing, play board games, and take pictures of nature for my website. I’m passionate about politics, current events, and social justice. Most importantly, I believe you are the expert of your own life, so trust yourself and your judgement. If you’re ready to build skills for a lifetime of success, reach out to schedule our first session together!
