My Ideal Client

Clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck between versions of themselves, or unsure how to make sense of their inner world amongst the current uncertainty of our outer world. I work best with deep thinkers, sensitive strivers, and anyone navigating identity shifts, relational confusion, spiritual emergence, or meaning collapse. If you’re craving clarity, coherence, and a grounded place to explore your inner landscape, my practice is built for you.

My Approach to Helping

I operate from the perspective that our reality functions just like a ride —a matrix of illusion, built upon roles, expectations, and identities that can feel predetermined. My work supports people who are beginning to see the cracks in that illusion. Through secure, spacious video sessions, we explore who you are beneath the conditioning, away from the noise and demands of the outside world. Healing is a process of re‑membering: returning to your body, your agency, and your inner truth. I offer a reflective, anti‑authoritarian space where you can question inherited narratives, reclaim your voice, and explore who you are becoming. If you’re ready to stop merely surviving systems that were never designed for human wholeness, and start living with consciousness and integrity, I welcome you to reach out.

More About the People I Treat

I specialize in the intersection of mental health and consciousness. My focus includes Religious Trauma Deconstruction (helping clients heal from harmful religious experiences), Narcissistic Abuse recovery (supporting those affected by manipulative relationships), and neurodivergent "unmasking" (guiding individuals to embrace their authentic selves beyond societal expectations). I help those navigating spiritual awakenings, political grief, or existential anxiety stabilize and find meaning. I support clients in "coming home" to themselves after years of performing for others. Through compassionate listening and evidence-based practices, I empower clients to reclaim their narratives and foster lasting change—a path toward wholeness and growth. I walk with the insatiable truth-seekers, cycle-breakers, and those ready to trade self-abandonment for radical self-compassion. Let's find out what you really want and step into your fullest potential.

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • Codependency External link

Codependency often forms in environments where your needs were minimized and caretaking became a survival strategy. Instead of treating these patterns as flaws, I help you understand them as adaptive responses that once kept you safe. Together, we explore how your identity may have been shaped around attunement to others, how boundaries became blurred, and how cultural messages reinforced self‑abandonment.

  • Cultural and Systemic Oppression External link

I emphasize healing through a joint reawakening of real connection alongside collective empathy, grief, and liberation. By acknowledging the impact our systems play on each of us, we can work together to foster liberty within our relationships and communities.

  • Personal Growth External link

I help clients cultivate an inner alignment (aka “coherence”) across emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual domains. Together we can explore your values, desires, and patterns to promote harmonization, resilience, and relieve the pressures of modern life.
