My Approach to Helping

I specialize in working with young adults and couples. Using client-centered approach with a warm, compassionate and creative style, I support my clients in finding their voice and work with them to find their place in the world. As a new immigrant who has personally gone through acculturation stress, I am passionate with helping clients who are new to this country in finding their place in a new country while continuing to honor their traditions. Another passion of mine is to work with the LGBTQ+ community. We will co-create a new chapter of your life that works for you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I hold a Master's Degree in Couples and Family Therapy, a multi-faith, spiritually integrated degree from Seattle University. My degree prepared me to work with clients in a multicultural context and have the possibility to integrate spiritual approaches to therapy and child & adolescent treatment if that is what clients want or need. I work with young adults, couples, and families.
