Licensed Professional Counselor

Healing from the impacts of trauma, navigating long-term mental health struggles, and adjusting to major life events can be incredibly isolating experiences. It’s important to me to provide folks with a space to feel safe, accepted, and free to embark on their own healing journey.

My Approach

My goal is to help clients reestablish a safe connection to their mind and body, live in the present moment, and feel empowered to pursue the things most meaningful to them. I have experience working with folks across the lifespan and also particularly enjoy working with teens and young adults. The concerns I work with most frequently are trauma, impacts of difficult childhood experiences, OCD, anxiety, and emotional instability. I have experience working with a wide range of long-term mental health disorders and concerns including: bipolar disorder, depression, PTSD, and suicidal thoughts. I utilize Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Attachment Theory to inform my work.

My Background

I obtained a Master's of Arts in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark College in 2017. I am LGBT-identified and bilingual (Spanish & English). My approach is very down-to-earth and non-judgmental. I want you to feel comfortable and at-ease and do everything I can to make the transition into therapy as inviting as possible. Feel free to give me a call or send an email to connect and we can see if we might be a good fit!
