My Ideal Client

Clients have told me they feel "felt" in our work together. I believe in meeting a client where they are at with a non-judgmental and compassionate stance that normalizes what is happening. I pull from reality, relational, CBT, and trauma-informed theories. I specialize in grief and loss, narcissistic abuse recovery, Bipolar disorder, adult children of alcoholics, and individuals with disabilities and those auto-immune disorders, and individuals who are domestic violence and cancer survivors.

There is sacred power I have tapped into with these approaches and I am confident that we can surpass your current narrative together reaching a state of true and intentional empowerment.
