My Approach to Helping

I utilize a holistic based eclectic approach that aims to understand you on a deeper level and offer tools and treatment approaches based on your specific needs as an individual. Through my education, mentors, clients, and my own personal mental health journey I have a plethora of resources to draw from and share with you. I appreciate creativity in the counseling room, and believe in finding personalized ways to work through our unique challenges. I balance warmth, compassion, and empathy with a gentle directness to help you bridge the gap from where you are to where you would like to be.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

The human experience is a wonderful gift that comes with tremendous challenges. If you find yourself here, perhaps you have heard the calling from within that something needs to be addressed. Whatever unique calling it may be, we can work together to make changes, develop new insights and perspectives, and make real progress towards your goals and targets for therapy. I am humbled by the vulnerability of my clients, and have a tremendous amount of respect for the work done in therapeutic spaces. I have been incredibly fortunate to have learned what I have from amazing mentors, supervisors, clients, and my own therapists. Together we can start new beginnings and move ourselves closer to a meaningful healthy life.
