My Approach to Helping

I will work with you to clarify your vision and then encourage and empower you to travel your unique path through life. I believe we are marvelous and mysterious beings that sometimes have incurred damage from the travails and traumas we have endured. Often we can benefit from help cleaning our wounds and getting unstuck from old patterns. Then our natural healing processes will repair that damage. I enthusiastically support people on diverse life paths and in the LGBTQ communities.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I have received training in and utilize a wide range of practices including Solution-Focused, Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical-Behavioral, Narrative, and Gestalt Therapies, Hypnotherapy and Mediation. I keep current on newest brain and social relationship research.
